Bid summaries will list vendors who responded to a bid request along with an “as-read” total amount (i.e., price). Totals listed on a bid summary are for comparison only. Bids will be evaluated for completeness and compliance with specifications by the Procurement department and applicable departments.
Research “as-read” bid summaries and awarded contracts or use the Marketplace Advanced Search page. See the Guide for Searching Contract Award for assistance.
All vendors must register in our eProcurement system, NTTA Marketplace. This is where you’ll find competitive opportunities to do business with NTTA.
The following information is required:
The Vendor Registration Guide will help with both registration and management of a vendor account.
If a vendor does not register, they cannot submit clarification questions, receive notifications specific to a solicitation of interest, or be announced as being awarded a contract.
Debriefing is a process by which NTTA discusses, without a comparison to other Vendors, how a response, whether successful or unsuccessful, was evaluated. The Vendor should consider this as an opportunity to learn how to improve its competitiveness.
A debrief request must be submitted in writing to the Solicitation Contact Person, listed on the solicitation cover sheet. NTTA will conduct the debriefing within a reasonable time after the request is received, taking into consideration the size and scope of the procurement and volume of debrief requests received. No debriefing will be conducted before the contract for the procurement is fully executed or if the request is received more than 60 days after a procurement contract is awarded.
To participate in a procurement, a prospective vendor must complete Vendor Registration and view the solicitation through their account. A process guide for the vendor registration process can be found under important links at NTTA Marketplace.
The Vendor Registration Guide will help with both registration and management of a vendor account.
