NTTA Board Elects Officers
NTTA BOARD ELECTS OFFICERS
PLANO, TEXAS – Sept. 16, 2026 – At its regularly scheduled meeting Wednesday, the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) Board of Directors elected Mojy Haddad and Pete Kamp to the positions of chairman and vice chairman, respectively. NTTA elects its officers each year at its September board meeting.
“I am excited to lead the board and follow in the footsteps of all the great chairmen who have served before me,” said newly elected chairman Mojy Haddad. “I look forward to serving NTTA and the drivers of North Texas as we create mobility options and economic development opportunities for our growing region.”
The full list of Board officers elected at Wednesday’s meeting includes:
Chairman – Mojy Haddad, Tarrant County appointee
Vice Chairman – Pete Kamp, Denton County appointee
Board Secretary – Leslie Garza
Asst. Board Secretary – Karen Madison-Ponds
Board Treasurer – Horatio Porter
Asst. Treasurer – Kelley McGuire
Former chairman Scott Levine remains on the NTTA Board as a Collin County appointee.

About NTTA
The North Texas Tollway Authority, a political subdivision of the state of Texas, is authorized to acquire, construct, maintain, repair and operate turnpike projects across the North Texas region. The Board of Directors is comprised of Chairman Mojy Haddad; Vice Chairman Pete Kamp; and Directors Derek V. Baker, Justin Hewlett, Scott Levine, Marcus Knight, John Mahalik, George “Tex” Quesada and Andy Wambsganss.
NTTA is composed of member counties Dallas, Denton, Collin and Tarrant. It also serves Ellis and Johnson counties. NTTA owns and operates the Dallas North Tollway, President George Bush Turnpike, Sam Rayburn Tollway, Addison Airport Toll Tunnel, Lewisville Lake Toll Bridge, Mountain Creek Lake Bridge, Chisholm Trail Parkway, and 360 Tollway. NTTA toll projects are not a part of the state highway system and receive no legislative appropriations. Tolls are collected to repay debt and to operate and maintain the roadways.
