Take Control: Easily Manage Your TollTag Account Online

Use the following step-by-step guide to set up online access to your TollTag account. Once you log in to your account, you can easily make payments, update the credit card or debit card attached to your account and make changes to address or vehicle details.

Your online access details are the same ones that give you access to the NTTA free mobile app, Tollmate. Use Tollmate as your on-the-go access to your account, real-time traffic conditions and free roadside assistance.

  • Click on the orange TollTag icon at the top or bottom of the page
  • Then click on Setup Online Access
  • Enter the Account number or TollTag number (select DNT. from the drop down list) and Driver's License State/Number or Tax ID number
  • Type in a User ID
  • Type in an email address
  • Type in the address again. (This ensures that NTTA receives an accurate address. All of the NTTA’s correspondence will be emailed to this email address, including a temporary password for the account.)
  • Type in a Security Question for password retrieval
  • Type in the answer to the Security Question
  • Re-type the answer to the Security Question
  • An email containing a temporary password will be sent to the email address on file. When received, go to the online Customer Service Center site and log on using the User ID and the temporary password.
  • The system will prompt a password change automatically
  • Secure the log in details and make a quarterly reminder to update the password for security
