John Bannerman joined the NTTA in 2002, and possesses more than 20 years customer service and call center experience in both private and public sector organizations. As director of customer service, he oversees NTTA’s award-winning Customer Service operations including retail, call center, e-mail and mail customer contact channels. Under his guidance, the customer service department has received national recognition while continuing to service the needs of customers throughout the region.

Bannerman is a member of the International Customer Management Institute (ICMI) and also the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP), DFW Chapter. Bannerman is actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America as well as various charitable organizations.
