Gio Rodriguez is the director of collections and toll enforcement within the customer service department. He has oversight of license plate image review, billing and invoice tracking, and internal and third-party collection efforts. His responsibilities recently expanded to include customer service and call center operations

Gio’s approach to collections is to follow the golden rule: Treat customers the same way you want to be treated. He brings more than 20 years of experience in leading collection activities in the banking and medical fields. For more than 10 years, Gio oversaw the Capital One Auto Finance collections call center in Plano, Texas.

A native of Cuba, Gio migrated with his family to the Miami area in 1980. He received his undergraduate degree in psychology from Florida International University. He continued his education with graduate work in business administration at the same university. He has been a North Texas resident for the past 11 years, making a home in Parker with his wife, three kids and multiple pets.
