Business Information Group (B.I.G.) Meetings

Business Information Group, or B.I.G., meetings are designed to keep business owners and managers current with progress on the PGBT Widening Project and Dallas North Tollway Improvement Projects. NTTA personnel and consultants, and sometimes representatives from our partners, provide brief presentations about the projects during the sessions.

The Dallas/Addison Area B.I.G. last met in May 2017 via virtual meeting.

The DNT/PGBT Interchange Area B.I.G. met in August 2017 and this project updates report was shown. The Legacy Drive Area B.I.G. also met in August 2017 and this project updates report was presented to those in attendance.

Dates have not been set for the next B.I.G. meetings.

Individuals interested in joining the B.I.G. are asked to send a note to ProgressNTTA@NTTA.org or call 972-628-3134.

Visuals

We have created three animations to show what the DNT will look like once the improvement projects work is completed in Spring 2018.

Two of our videos feature the DNT from just south of the President George Bush Turnpike to Belt Line Road. Both the Driver's View and Aerial View videos detail widening and upcoming changes to DNT such as, four lanes in each direction, resurfacing the roadway pavement and light poles moved from the center median to the outside of the roadway for ease of maintenance.

Get a glimpse of what the DNT Improvements from the President George Bush Turnpike to Sam Rayburn Tollway will look like after construction in completed.
