Vendor Registration

Registration allows a prospective vendor to compete for opportunities to provide goods and services for North Texas Tollway Authority ("NTTA"). A vendor account enables a company to receive communications regarding procurement solicitations and provides access to the other features found in NTTA Marketplace.

 

The following information is required for vendor registration:

·         Federal tax ID

·         Primary contact name, phone and email

·         Company name and address

·         National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) codes (skills and services offered by your company)

·         Certification number, expiration date and agency for D/M/W/SBE companies (DBE, SBE, MBE, WBE defined)

·         Owner gender and minority status for D/M/W/SBE companies

To participate in a procurement, a prospective Vendor must complete Vendor Registration and view the solicitation through the Vendor's account. A process guide for the vendor registration process can be found below. Email bidpurchasing@ntta.org if you have any questions.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If a Vendor does not register, the Vendor cannot submit clarification questions, receive notifications specific to a solicitation of interest, or be announced as being awarded a contract.
