Vendor Registration

The vendor registration portal is designed to offer key information on how your company can establish a working relationship with NTTA. You may register as an NTTA vendor to access detailed information about competitive procurement opportunities, receive opportunity updates and participate in electronic bidding.
 
The following information is required for vendor registration:
  • Federal tax ID

  • Primary contact name, phone and email

  • Company name and address

  • National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) codes (skills and services offered by your company)

  • Certification number, expiration date and agency for D/M/W/SBE companies (DBE, SBE, MBE, WBE defined)

  • Owner gender and minority status for D/M/W/SBE companies

To participate in a procurement, a prospective Vendor must complete Vendor Registration, and view the solicitation through the Vendor's Seller account. If you do not want to acknowledge this solicitation at this time, click Proceed, and its details will be displayed. A process guide for the vendor registration process can be found under Important Links on the login page. Email bidpurchasing@ntta.org if you have any questions. IMPORTANT NOTE: If a Vendor does not register, or if a Vendor fails to Acknowledge a Solicitation, the Vendor can not be considered responsive, and is thus ineligible for a procurement award.
