ZipCash Billing

You can now receive your ZipCash bill to your inbox, saving you time and paperwork over the pay-by-mail option. When you receive your ZipCash bill, you have two options to opt into electronic billing:

  1. Scan the QR code on your bill with your smartphone.
  2. Visit NTTA.espview.com to enter your ZipCash Account ID and unique PIN, found at the top of your statement.

After confirming your enrollment in electronic billing, you will only receive ZipCash bills via email. You still have 25 days to pay your ZipCash bill without fees. Watch a video explaining the enrollment process.

To cancel your enrollment in electronic billing, log in to the payment site and click “Opt-Out of ZipCash Electronic Billing” to cancel electronic ZipCash billing. You will automatically resume receiving ZipCash bills by standard U.S. standard mail.

ZipCash offers a pay-by-mail option at higher rates for customers who do not have a TollTag. TollTag customers receive the lowest toll rates on NTTA roads; ZipCash customers pay at least 50 percent more than TollTag users.

NTTA has improved the ZipCash billing process based on customer feedback. Bills are now issued monthly and sent to customers around the same time each month. Get the details of new monthly billing below.
  • The most important information is up front: Amount Due and Due Date.
  • Each customer now has a unique ZipCash Account ID that is associated with the vehicle license plate. The ZipCash Account ID will appear on your monthly bill, replacing the individual invoice ID number.
  • Bills are based on a 25-day cycle, and will be issued on or around the same date each month. Plan ahead by logging on NTTA.org to pay your bill online around this date.
  • In the Account Summary section, you will see previous balances carry over month to month, with payments, adjustments, current tolls and new fees clearly outlined. Details of each transaction are listed on page 2 of the monthly bill.
  • You’ll see how much you would save with a TollTag.

The most cost-effective way to travel NTTA toll roads is with a TollTag – ZipCash customers pay at least 50 percent more than TollTag users. TollTags are a convenient way to pay tolls and help you avoid the hassle of taking time out of a busy schedule to pay monthly bills.

Best of all, the TollTag can be easily managed online 24/7 at NTTA.org. Open a TollTag account today and start saving. Call 972-818-NTTA (6882) or 817-731-NTTA (6882) or visit a TollTag Customer Service Center.

ZipCash invoices can be paid online, by mail, phone, or in person with the NTTA Customer Service Center, or at a participating ACE Cash Express location or at Regional TollTag Partner locations.

Repeated failure to pay ZipCash bills can cause a driver being listed as a Habitual Violator, resulting in toll enforcements that include fees and fines, blocked vehicle registration, vehicle ban from NTTA toll roads (fine up to $500), and/or vehicle impoundment.

Texas law requires that bills be mailed to the registered owner of the vehicle; all motorists are responsible for updating their vehicle registration information with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.
