Online Customer Service Center Troubleshoot Guide

Change password:
If you’re not logged into your account:
Click on Forgot your password? at the middle of the left hand side of the page. You will need your TollTag account number OR TollTag DNT number as well as your driver’s license number OR Tax ID number to retrieve a temporary password.

A temporary password along with your User ID will be sent to the email address on your TollTag account. Copy and paste the temporary password along with your User ID in the User ID and Password fields. Once you’re logged in, you will be prompted to create a new password by providing the User ID and the temporary password.

If you are logged into your account:
Click on Change Password (under Account Management on the left side navigation). You will see the screen below, prompting you to enter your User ID and current password. Below that, you will enter the new password twice and click Submit.

Unable to Log In?
After three unsuccessful attempts to log into your TollTag account, the system will direct you to contact customer service for assistance, where a customer service representative will reset your password.

The customer service representative will send a temporary password along with your User ID to the email address on the TollTag account. Once received, enter the temporary password along with your User ID in the fields. Once you’re logged in, you will be prompted to create a new password by providing the User ID and the temporary password.

Adding and removing vehicles:
To add a vehicle to your TollTag account, click on Vehicle/TollTag Info on the left side navigation. Click the Request Additional TollTag button at the bottom of the page and enter the license plate, state, year, color, make, model and vehicle class and click the save button.

To remove a vehicle, you must contact customer service at 972-818-6882 during business hours.

Add money to TollTag account:
From the My Account tab, click on Make a Payment (under Account Maintenance). The minimum payment amount is $10. Once you’ve entered to amount you wish to add to your TollTag account, click Next.

To pay your bill:
Click on Pay ZipCash Bill at the top right-hand side of the home page. In the Pay with Zip Cash box, input the ZipCash Account ID (found in the top right corner of the ZipCash bill) along with your license plate number and state.

If you have a TollTag account, log into your account with your User ID and password. You will be able to add money to your account and pay any outstanding tolls. If you do not have a TollTag account and simply want to pay the bill, click on “Just pay invoice”.

How to read your TollTag statement:
Your monthly statement provides detailed information regarding transactions on your TollTag account. The bottom of your monthly statement provides a Tag Summary by TollTag DNT number for each active vehicle on your TollTag account. Additionally, at the bottom of your statement is an Account Summary, which provides a breakdown of auto-charges to your credit card, monthly statement fees, payments, new TollTags requested, TollTags returned, etc.
