9. How do I find out what firms qualify as SBEs for the NTTA program?
Firms that are certified as a DBE, HUB, WBE, MBE, or SBE by Texas Unified Certification, TxDOT, the State of Texas, the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (“NCTRCA”), or TxDOT will qualify as an SBE for the NTTA program.
DBE firms certified under the Texas Unified Certification Program are listed here.
HUB firms certified by the State of Texas historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program are listed here.
SBE firms certified by the State of Texas' Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program are listed here.
WBE and MBE firms certified by the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (NCTRCA) can be verified by calling the NCTRCA at (817) 640-0606.
