24. What will happen if I do participate in an investigation?
No individual or firm may be intimidated, threatened, coerced or discriminated against for the purpose of interfering with an investigation or because the individual or firm has made a complaint, testified, assisted or participated in any manner in any investigation or proceeding relating to a complaint or a compliance issue.
