12. How do I obtain copies of Committment and Reporting forms I need to complete and submit to comply with the DBE and SBE programs as part of my contract requirements?
The DBE forms may be obtained from TxDOT on its website, http://www.dot.state.tx.us/business/dbeinfo.htm, at TxDOT's offices, by calling 512-486-5523. The SBE forms may be obtained from NTTA's BOPP Liaison at 214-461-2007. |
