1. What is the NTTA Business Opportunity Policy and Program (“BOPP”)?
The NTTA BOPP was created by the NTTA Board of Directors at its August 21, 2002 meeting. The BOPP established the NTTA Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program and the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) program that are designed to encourage participation and utilization of DBE and SBE firms in NTTA contracts, projects and procurements. |
