The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) will receive responses at 5900 West Plano Parkway, Plano, Texas 75093; Suite 100 until, February 20, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., for the following project:
RFQ 03343-NTT-00-PS-MA
Maintenance Management Consultant
This RFQ is intended to select a qualified firm to provide Maintenance Management consulting to the North Texas Tollway Authority.
RFQ packets will be available via email to the Director of Procurement Services at bidpurchasing@ntta.org beginning January 19, 2012.
The deadline for submitting questions relative to this procurement is February 6, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. Questions must be sent via the bidpurchasing@ntta.org email and must contain the project name and project number in the subject line of the email .
The deadline for submitting responses to this RFQ is Monday, February 20, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. All responses shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked clearly with the project name and number, your company’s name, and response due date. No e-mailed, telephoned, or faxed responses will be considered. Late responses will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held on January 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the NTTA Board Room at 5900 West Plano Parkway, Plano, Texas 75093.
Please be reminded that during the procurement process participants must refrain from contacting NTTA staff and Board members regarding this procurement. All correspondence and questions regarding the procurement must be directed to the Director of Procurement Services at BidPurchasing@ntta.org.
