NORTH TEXAS TOLLWAY AUTHORITY PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT
The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) will receive sealed bids at 5900 W. Plano Pkwy. Suite 100, Plano, TX 75093 until Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. for the following project:
Project 02559-SH121-05-CN-PM. Construction of Segment 5 of the Sam Rayburn Tollway – interchange and local access improvements at the Sam Rayburn Tollway and Dallas North Tollway; from north of Legacy Dr to south of Preston Rd along the Sam Rayburn Tollway and from north of Tennyson Pkwy to south of Gaylord Pkwy along the Dallas North Tollway, consisting of grading, drainage, structures, concrete pavement, walls, illumination, signs and sign structures, pavement markings and ITS infrastructure.
Bid packets will be available on Thursday, October 22, 2009. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 5900 W. Plano Parkway, Suite 200, Plano, TX 75093, on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. Contact Manny Diaz at bidpurchasing@ntta.org for more information.
The bid packet includes the Proposal, Plans and Geotechnical Report. All bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked clearly with the project number, company’s name, and bid opening date. Project 02791-SRT-03-CN-MA FRONTAGE ROAD DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS SAM RAYBURN TOLLWAY. Generally consists of constructing inlets, jack/bore steel casing below pavement, installation of PVC pipe along with underdrains, and grading of ditch along the Sam Rayburn Tollway northbound service road, immediately west of Custer Road. Approximate Quantities: 60 LF Jack Bore or Tunnel Pipe (16 in Steel Casing), 300 LF Pipe Underdrains (6 in), 985 SY Block Sodding, 50 CY Excavation.
