The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) will receive Bids at 5900 W. Plano Pkwy. Suite 100, Plano, TX 75093 until Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at 2:00 PM CST, for the following project:

Project 02786-NTT-00-GS-IT Video Tolling Cameras

The North Texas Tollway Authority is seeking qualified firms to provide a Video Tolling Camera that has high OCR accuracy, minimizes hardware required and can be optimized without additional cost.

Bid packet will be available by e-mailing Manny Diaz at bidpurchasing@ntta.org beginning on Monday, November 9, 2009; there will not be a Pre-Bid Meeting for this project.

The bid packet includes the Bid details and associated forms. All Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked clearly with the project number and company’s name. Camera specification evaluations will begin on November 24, 2009 with a qualified list of cameras moving on to the testing phase of the procurement. No oral, telephoned, or faxed bids will be considered.  Late bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened.  All rights reserved.

NORTH TEXAS TOLLWAY AUTHORITY

RFP NO. 02813-NTT-00-GS-HR

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR

ONLINE TRAINING TOOL

The North Texas Tollway Authority (“NTTA”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide an Online Training Tool for employees and contractor staff.

Proposals must be received at the North Texas Tollway Authority, Gleneagles office located at 5900 W. Plano Parkway, Plano, TX  75093; not later than December 11, 2009 at 4:00 pm (CST).

Copies of the RFP may be obtained at the office of the NTTA at the address provided in the previous paragraph, weekdays from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm (CST) beginning November 19, 2009 through November 30, 2009 (until 10:00am).  The RFP may also be obtained by contacting Reggie Sanderfer at 214-224-2152 or electronically via email at bidpurchasing@ntta.org .

There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on November 30, 2009 at 10:00 am (CST) at the NTTA offices located at 5900 W. Plano Parkway, Plano, TX 75093.   Attendance is mandatory; responses to this RFP will only be accepted from those firms in attendance at this mandatory meeting.  Firms are encouraged to attend in person but may participate by teleconference by emailing Mr. Reggie Sanderfer at bidpurchasing@ntta.org  by 2:00 pm (CST), November 25, 2009; Mr. Sanderfer will provide dial-in information. Firms participating by teleconference will be included on the attendance roles only if their presence is confirmed by a role call at the meeting.
