DBE Prime Contractor Program for Federally Funded Projects

The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) is required, as a condition of receiving federal financial assistance, to comply with 49 C.F.R. Part 26, which requires prime contractors to utilize the federally approved TxDOT DBE Program to obtain certified DBE’s as subcontractors as part of their award. If you qualified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) but have not yet been certified, you may seek certification by contacting the:

The Texas Unified Certification Program (TUCP) is a "one stop" certification process for the Federal DBE Programs in Texas. The TUCP consolidates all DBE firms certified by six different agencies, City of Houston, City of Austin, Corpus Christi Regional Certification Authority, North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency, South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency and the Texas Department of Transportation, into one centralized DBE Directory for USDOT funded contracts for Airport, Highways, and Public Transit.
