Working with Us: NTTA Schedules Next Vendor Outreach Symposium in Collin County
The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) is committed to improving mobility in North Texas and believes in working with the communities it serves, including public stakeholders and business vendors. To increase its outreach efforts and to market contracting opportunities to the public, the NTTA hosts Vendor Outreach Symposiums (VOS) to provide information about upcoming major projects.
The next VOS has been scheduled for Thursday, December 17, 2009. The event will be held at the Plano Chamber of Commerce, located at
1200 East 15th Street, Plano, Texas 75074 from 2:00-4:00 p.m.
This will be the fifth VOS conducted by the NTTA. These events are designed to engage minority contractors and prime contractors in the process of doing business with the NTTA. Attendees will be provided information about contract opportunities on future projects, how to do business with the NTTA and how to become Minority/Women Business Enterprise and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise certified. A question-and-answer session will also held before all in attendance. Attendees will also be invited to network with each other.
