The North Texas Tollway Authority staff consists of more than 700 dedicated employees who strive to achieve the NTTA Mission:
The North Texas Tollway Authority provides a fiscally sound system of innovative toll facilities, services and solutions that improves the mobility, quality of life and economy of the North Texas region.
But, what the mission statement does not say is that those 700+ employees each do their part to focus on quality customer service, making your drive on NTTA's toll roads a pleasurable experience. That customer service is demonstrated in many areas . . . from a toll attendant's friendly smile to the dedicated maintenance employee who, in all weather conditions, makes sure the NTTA's tollroads are safe and clear for your travels.
Behind the scenes, there are employees who stay abreast of the latest technology which allows you to get where you are going quicker and safer. There are employees who make sure that the Authority works hand in hand with other governmental agencies to compliment regional mobility efforts, and employees who ensure the NTTA remains a leader in the industry with a sound financial foundation.
