Kiven M. Williams
Director of Customer Service
Kiven Williams joined the NTTA in December 2000. As director of customer service, he oversees NTTA's award-winning Customer Service operations including retail, the call center, e-mail and mail customer contact . Williams served as NTTA's director of Toll Collection from 2002 to 2010, which encompassed the Authority's transition to all-electronic toll collection.
Prior to joining NTTA, Williams had a 14-year career at GNB Technologies in Farmers Branch, Texas. Hired in 1986 as a production supervisor, Kiven was promoted to general foreman in 1994 and then to human resources manager in 1998.
Williams served in the U.S. Army from 1975 through 1979 and continued service until his retirement from the Texas Army National Guard as lieutenant colonel in 2002.
Williams holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Arkansas State University, where he was the captain of the men’s track and field team, earning All-American honors.
