Kiven M. Williams
Director of Human Resources and Toll Collection
Kiven Williams is the Director of Toll Collections of the North Texas Tollway Authority. He has been with the Authority since December 26, 2000. His duties are to plan, organize, budget, supervise and direct the operations of the Toll Collection Department and all related toll plaza operational functions of the NTTA.
Prior to joining NTTA, Mr. Williams had a fourteen year career at GNB Technologies in Farmers Branch. Hired in 1986 as a Production Supervisor, Kiven was promoted to General Foreman in 1994 and then to Human Resources Manager in 1998.
Mr. Williams served in the United States Army from December 1975, through January 1979, and continued his service from then until his retirement from the Texas Army National Guard, as Lieutenant Colonel, on January 6, 2002.
Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Arkansas State University, where he was the Captain of the Men’s Track and Field Team, earning All-American honors.
