Elizabeth Mow, P.E.
Director of Project Delivery
As Director of Project Delivery with the North Texas Tollway Authority, Ms. Mow is directly responsible for the day to day management of project implementation, from the planning stage through construction on all new turnpike and capital improvement projects.
Ms. Mow is a graduate of the University of Toledo in Ohio, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Ms. Mow’s professional experience includes 10 years with the HNTB Corporation where she served in many design and management roles. As a design engineer, her primary focus was in bridge design, where she worked on a variety of projects, which ranged from large-scale traditional and nontraditional transportation bridge projects, including the Dallas High-Five and the Ben White Interchange in Austin, to smaller bridge and roadway projects. With HNTB she also served on the General Engineering Consultant (GEC) team for the NTTA as a Deputy Program Manager.
Elizabeth and her husband Brett live in Allen where she is actively involved in community service.
