Elizabeth Mow, P.E.
Interim Assistant Executive Director of Project Delivery
Elizabeth Mow ensures the effective and efficient operation of the project delivery process for the NTTA. As interim assistant executive director of project delivery, she is responsible for directing the program management of the general engineering consultant and overseeing the corridors.
Previously, Mow served as director of project delivery and was responsible for the day-to-day management of project implementation, from the planning stage through construction on all new turnpike and capital improvement projects.
Mow is a graduate of the University of Toledo in Ohio, where she received her bachelor's degree in civil engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Mow’s professional experience includes 10 years as a consultant where she served in many design and management roles. As a design engineer, her primary focus was in bridge design, where she worked on a variety of large scale transportation projects.
