Carrie Rogers
Director of Government Affairs
Carrie Rogers joined the NTTA in 2006. She has served as the director of government affairs since 2007, leading local, state and federal legislative outreach to North Texas elected officials, and monitoring local, state and federal issues relating to the operations of the NTTA. During the 81st and 82nd legislative sessions, Rogers worked with the NTTA Board of Directors, executive and senior leadership to develop and promote the NTTA’s legislative agenda.
Previously, she served as director of government affairs and director of education for the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce and deputy regional director for U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison.
Rogers holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Westminster College in Fulton, Mo., and has continued graduate work toward a master’s degree in American studies, history, politics and literature from the University of Dallas.
