Armando Garza
Director of Finance
Armando Garza, Chief Accountant, was selected as the new Director of Finance for the NTTA on July 17, 2006. Mr. Garza began his employment with the NTTA in April 1984 as an accountant and was promoted to Chief Accountant in December 1991.
Mr. Garza replaces Susan Buse who was promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer in May 2006 after serving as Director of Finance since 1997.
Mr. Garza's responsibilities include the management of the finance operations, including accounting, auditing, reporting, purchasing, budgeting, banking and investing.
Mr. Garza graduated from Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas in 1983 with a BBA Accounting Major.
