9-1-1 for roadside emergencies
The Command Center is staffed 24 hours a day and will dispatch assistance to motorists in need. You may call the "HELP" line for debris in the roadway, disabled motorists, or crashes. You may call 9-1-1 for any roadside emergencies. The staff will send the appropriate equipment to assist you and to keep you safe while assisting you.
The NTTA developed a Roadway Customer Service team to help stranded motorists, to remove debris from the roadway, to provide protection to emergency responders, customers, and construction workers at incident scenes and to assist during disasters or regional emergencies and evacuations on NTTA roadways. The Command Center dispatches Roadway Customer Service team members; to obtain their services call the "HELP" line.
