This graphic (A) depicts the proposed levee to levee Trinity Corridor open space section near the Sylvan Bridge looking south. The purpose of this graphic is to show a proportionate comparison of the Trinity Parkway to the Corridor open space. To assist with understanding of the Corridor’s grand scale, a football field graphic is silhouetted behind the cross section. The Trinity Parkway alternative in this cross section includes a four lane configuration with two south bound lanes and two north bound lanes and on and off ramps to the Sylvan Bridge.

The information used for this visual aid is still under development, and is subject to comment, change, and approval by various federal and state agencies, as well as the Dallas City Council and the NTTA Board of Directors. A final alternative for the proposed Trinity Parkway – whether and where to build the project – has not been selected pursuant to the ongoing environmental study process.
