Southwest Parkway (SH 121 from IH 30 to Altamesa Blvd.)

The North Texas Tollway Authority and the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Southwest Parkway (dubbed the Chisholm Trail Parkway by the Texas State Legislature) is a proposed six-lane tollway that will connect the City of Fort Worth's Central Business District at IH-30 to US 67 in the city of Cleburne in Johnson County. The North Texas Tollway Authority has been working in cooperation with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and the City of Fort Worth on aesthetic features being envisioned for the entire corridor.

The initial 8.2-mile project is currently under design and will link IH-30 and Forest Park Boulevard to Altamesa Boulevard in the southwest portion of Fort Worth. TxDOT has plans to eventually extend the toll road further south from Altamesa to US 67 in Cleburne. Final design is under way and environmental clearance has been received.
