Lewisville Lake Toll Bridge (LLTB)

The newest member of the North Texas Tollway Authority family, the Lewisville Lake Toll Bridge (LLTB), opened to traffic on August 1, 2009. More information.

The 1.7-mile-long toll bridge provides an east-west connection across Lewisville Lake in Denton County. The bridge has four lanes and opened as an all-electronic toll collection facility. The LLTB features a lighted, weathering steel, tied arch spanning 360 feet near the center of the bridge. Sixteen lighted columns, known as the light towers, flank either side of the signature arch.

In addition to providing an additional east-west connection for the citizens of and visitors to Denton County, the LLTB also provides a visually unique landmark. The bridge is part of a larger corridor known as the Lewisville Lake Corridor, which connects Interstate Highway 35E at Swisher Road to the Dallas North Tollway at Eldorado Parkway. The Lewisville Lake Corridor is approximately 13.8 miles long and is divided into eight sections.
