How do I know if you received my information?
Applicants are notified by mail.

How do you select candidates for interviews?
Resumes and applications for an open position are reviewed. Qualified candidates selected for interviews are contacted by Human Resources to begin the interview process.

How will I know if I got the job?
Because several candidates may be interviewed for a position, the interview process could take several weeks. We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know the status of your application.

If I am selected for the position, what will happen?

  1. We will verify your previous employment, criminal history and for some positions, review your driving record. We may request a list of your professional and personal references to inquire about past performance.
  2. If you accept the NTTA's offer of employment, you will be required to complete and pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen in accordance with the NTTA's Substance Abuse Policy.
  3. You must provide proof of your identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
  4. You will attend a New Hire orientation session on your first day of work to get more information on NTTA policies, procedures and retirement and benefit plans.

What happens if I am not selected for the position?
If a position is not immediately available that matches your qualifications, your information will be retained in our files for two(2) years.
