Following are the four standing committees of the NTTA Board of Directors. The Administrative Committee and Legislative Committee are advisors to the Board. The NTTA System Projects & Operations Committee is authorized, pursuant to Resolution No. 04-26, to take final actions on right-of-way issues and to award construction contracts.

NTTA System Finance and Audit Committee

The responsibilities of the NTTA System Finance & Audit Committee include:

  • Reviewing financial statements and auditing results and financial reporting procedures
  • Oversight of the external public accounting firm and other external services
  • Oversight of NTTA’s Internal Audit Department
  • Oversight of debt financing process
