Following are the four standing committees of the NTTA Board of Directors.  The Administrative Committee and Legislative Committee are advisors to the Board.  The NTTA System Projects & Operations Committee is authorized, pursuant to Resolution No. 04-26, to take final actions on right-of-way issues and to award construction contracts.

    The responsibilities of the Administration Committee include:

    • Review the proposed budget for the ensuing NTTA fiscal year and prepare recommendations to the NTTA board.
    • Review performance and compensation of the Executive Director and monitor the compensation plans, health insurance and retirement plans of the NTTA.
    • Establish and evaluate the selection process for financial advisors and underwriters assisting the NTTA in the sale of debt instruments and monitor the effectiveness of the debt issuance and debt management processes of the NTTA.
