The responsibilities of the Administration Committee include:
- Review the proposed budget for the ensuing NTTA fiscal year and prepare recommendations to the NTTA board.
- Review performance and compensation of the Executive Director and monitor the compensation plans, health insurance and retirement plans of the NTTA.
- Establish and evaluate the selection process for financial advisors and underwriters assisting the NTTA in sale of debt instruments and monitor the effectiveness of the debt issuance and debt management processes of the NTTA.
